At www.theoriginalstore.co.in, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to deliver high-quality mobile covers. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we are happy to offer a replacement.

Replacement Eligibility:
You can request a replacement if:
The product you received is defective or damaged.
The product you received is different from what you ordered.
You notify us within 7 days of delivery with proper proof (images or video).

Conditions:
The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
The product must be returned with original packaging.
Replacements are subject to stock availability.

Process:

2. Provide your order details and share photos/videos of the defective product.
3. Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement of your product.

No Refund Policy:
Please note that we do not offer refunds. Only replacements are available as per the above conditions.
